The Rosilo company realized a remarkable project of building a grain storage system, with an impressive capacity of 20,000 tons, in a record time of only 13 weeks. This fast and efficient implementation has strengthened Rosilo’s position as a leader in the field of agricultural storage solutions.
The system designed and developed by Rosilo consists of four silos with an individual capacity of 5,000 tons each. These silos are designed to ensure optimal protection of grains against external factors and to maintain their quality in the long term.
In addition, the company installed a grain transport system with a capacity of 120 tons per hour, thus ensuring an efficient and fast flow of grain from and to the silos. Also, a grain dryer with a capacity of 20 tons per hour was implemented, which allows for fast and uniform drying of the harvest.
To ensure the quality and cleanliness of the cereals, Rosilo has included in their system a cereal pre-cleaner with a cyclone, which removes impurities and foreign particles. In addition, the implementation of a SCADA automation system increased the efficiency of operations and allowed the complete monitoring and control of the entire storage system.
The project carried out by the Rosilo company demonstrated their ability to offer advanced and innovative solutions in the field of grain storage, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the agricultural industry and ensuring food safety.
The Rosilo company managed to implement this impressive project thanks to the advanced technology provided by Petkus Germany, world leader in agricultural storage solutions. The close collaboration between the two companies allowed the implementation of a grain storage system with high standards of quality and efficiency.
